My name is Arlene Hubbard and I work in Children and Family Services as a Senior Child Protection Worker. I have been a part of Ramsey County for 18 years. I have been a part of the union for a long time and have had the pleasure of using their services and being a part of the team to serve others as a steward, chief steward, and currently treasurer. I am excited to be a part of AFSCME council 5 local 151 and will continue to help and serve others.
