Dawn has served as the president (2016-2024), treasurer, and is currently a co-chief steward. She has worked at Ramsey County in the Administration Division for over 28 years as an Account Clerk 2 in Accounting and is currently a Program Specialist in the Revenue Unit.

As a union activist, Dawn is strongly committed to advocating on behalf of our members, and passionate about issues affecting unions such as the right-to-work challenges currently before the Supreme Court.
