My mission is to promote a fair and safe work environment while supporting coworkers and addressing their concerns. I took on this role to help resolve workplace challenges, encourage solidarity, and foster open communication.

I’ve been with Ramsey County for 25 years, balancing my career with family life. I am married and have twin 11-year-old boys, along with our dog, Ada. Striving for a healthy work-life balance is important to me, and I take pride in both my professional and personal life.
