I have been involved with AFSCME for over 17 years and served many roles including safety rep, steward and currently the President of our local.  I have seen how our Union has improved working conditions for our members and continue to advocate for safety, flexibility and workers' rights.  We are only as strong as our membership and my hope is that we continue to grow and new leaders emerge as a result.
